One of the best healthy side dishes around is sweet potato French fries. Instead of deep frying a regular potato in a lot of unhealthy fat, this recipe calls for baking a vitamin-packed sweet potato in the oven, and it is DELICIOUS!
1 sweet potato cut into "French fry" sticks 1/2 teaspoon olive oil Salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika, to taste Cooking spray
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In medium bowl, toss sweet potato sticks with oil and seasonings. Put sticks in baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 30 minutes, turning after 15 minutes.
