Country Stars' Charity Dolls
Carrie Underwood and Keith Urban are among the country stars once again taking part in Project Paper Doll, a fundraiser for the Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt in Nashville. For the benefit they've decorated wooden dolls in the shape of the logo for the hospital. Carrie's given her dolls an abstract design featuring squiggles, swirls, and hearts. Urban put a guitar on one doll and a striped shirt on the other with the inscription "You Look Good In My Shirt," in honor of his current single. Other country stars who've dolled up dolls include Kenny Chesney, Trace Adkins, George Strait, Brooks & Dunn's Ronnie Dunn, and LeAnn Rimes. The dolls were displayed at an event at the hospital Monday night. They'll go up for auction on eBay on November 28th, while the bidding will close on December 17th.
