Lily Allen Takes Issue
Lily Allen is ready to step up and take responsibility, as the singer tackles both personal and global issues on her new disc. Lily tells ChartAttack.com, quote, "Not that I'm calling myself an artist, but it's like I'm a different painter." Allen says this was a much more relaxed album, as she wrote and worked with whomever she wanted and penned songs that were more about how she felt. Lily says she doesn't see the more pointed songs as a manifesto, but adds, quote, "It's just purely my observations, and people can take away what they want from that what they will." "It's Not Me, It's You" is due February 10th. |
