Metallica Set Until 2010
Metallica is enjoying a great start for their "Death Magnetic" album, which band members now say will keep them on the road into 2010. Lars Ulrich tells RollingStone.com, quote, "We're booked up through August of next year, and right now we're sort of laying out fall of '09 and the spring of '10." The drummer says the group is actually waiting on several countries to be formally recognized as nations so they can be the first bands to play there and hope the polar caps stabilize soon as they want to go there, too. He also jokes that there's also talk of playing some other planets as well. |
